• 3 · Design — sketches first, then a precise 3D model of your ring around your stone. You review renders from every angle.
• 4 · Refinement & approval — we iterate until it is exactly right. Nothing is made until you approve the final model and quotation.
• 5 · Handcrafting — casting in 18k gold or platinum, hand-setting, hand-finishing. Your sapphire is set by a master setter, not a production line.
• 6 · Delivery — independently certifiable, presented proposal-ready, and delivered fully insured to your door in Singapore — or held for collection at your appointment.

The honest answer: four to eight weeks from approved design, with stone curation adding days to a couple of weeks depending on how specific the brief is. Complex settings, engraving and unusual sizes sit at the longer end.

Proposing sooner than that? Tell us the date at the first conversation. Express crafting is often possible, and for very tight timelines we can propose with a temporary presentation setting while the final ring is completed — the proposal is never hostage to the workshop.

A persistent myth says bespoke carries a heavy premium over retail. Sourced correctly, the opposite is usually true: because we buy sapphires at origin in Sri Lanka rather than through layers of dealers, the same certified stone typically costs less in a bespoke commission with us than in a showcase ring that has crossed three margins to reach the mall.

Budget-wise, expect roughly 60–75% of a bespoke ring's cost to sit in the centre stone, with the remainder in precious metal, accent diamonds and craftsmanship. That ratio is worth remembering: upgrading the stone transforms the ring; upgrading everything else refines it.
