How do I book a consultation?
Choose a time straight from the concierge's diary at https://calendly.com/ceylongemmaison-support/30min — a private thirty-minute consultation, held at the Singapore atelier or by video, whichever suits you. Bring a brief, a budget, or nothing at all; the first conversation is about what you want the piece to mean.
Do you accept bespoke commissions?
Yes — bespoke is the heart of the maison. Begin in the digital atelier or over a private consultation; from first sketch to final fitting typically takes six to ten weeks.
How are your gemstones sourced?
Every sapphire and diamond is bought at source from licensed Sri Lankan mines with full chain-of-custody documentation. We never buy from mixed parcels, and papers accompany every piece.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver worldwide by fully insured, hand-carried courier. Within Singapore, pieces are delivered personally by a member of the atelier.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Structure, settings, and stones — for life. Bring a piece home to the atelier at any age and we will restore it, re-polish it, and re-certify it without question.
