Every stone is bought at source from licensed Sri Lankan mines, cut by hand in our workshop, and certified by a recognised independent gemmological laboratory — including origin and any treatment disclosure. You receive a complete, documented chain of custody from mine to maison.

Yes. Alongside the digital atelier, our gemologists conduct private consultations over video call and WhatsApp — reviewing loose stones on camera, refining CAD designs and approving wax models with you. The entire commission, from first idea to doorstep delivery in Singapore, can be completed from the comfort of your home.

Most bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands are completed in four to six weeks from design approval — covering stone selection, cutting, setting and finishing — plus courier delivery to Singapore. For urgent occasions, our express acquisition service can shorten this considerably; speak to the concierge.

Every piece carries our lifetime atelier warranty on structure and gem setting. Resizing, refinishing and inspection are arranged through our Singapore courier partners — your piece returns to the same benches, and the same hands, that made it.
